Kris Sennesael, CFO of Enphase Energy, is scheduled to participate at the UBS Conference in Boston, MA on March 3 and 4, 2015, and at the Morgan Stanley Conference in New York, NY on March 5, 2015.

Mr. Sennesael is also scheduled to participate at the ROTH Conference in Dana Point, CA with a company presentation on March 9, 2015 at 10:30 AM PT.
